Thank you, @annaherbstphoto for the lovely photos! ♥️✨ Eighty-two years ago today, Virginia Woolf ended her life. While it’s sad she left us much too soon, I’m grateful she felt that writing was the best way she could contribute to the world. My new favorite season is here. 🌼check out www.nancyroldanjohnson.com for my monthly blog post about #tuningin #synchronicity #spring #pattismith #tarsiladoamaral and how #coincidences and #aha moments open #creativity ✨😙 💡 #lamariposapersonalempowermentprogram celebrates 5 years at @onecirclefoundation! ✨🎉To mark the occasion, we are getting her updated for Spanish translation and digital debut. 🌎 🦋🫶🏼 🌆✨ Pasta and carousels, travel and cherished friends - pleasures & joys in life. My new monthly blog will highlight four uplifting things I recently discovered. Read this month’s post at nancyroldanjohnson.com. I hope they bring you a spark of happiness, too. ✍️ Please sign up, like and share your examples. ✨✨www.nancyroldanjohnson.com ✨✨ #roadtrip #writing #labrega #memoir #ladolcevita #happiness #joy #writinglife #whyiwrite #bookplaylist #olgadiesdreaming With so many lonely & challenging days when my ego and inner critic question everything on the page, I'm raising my virtual glass to celebrate a recent milestone in my memoir writing journey: fourteen weeks, 25k words, and 100 pages written. The Mariposa Years (working title) is a coming-of-age story with broader themes of love, self-acceptance, and belonging. I'm learning so much about the craft and appreciate the opportunity to see my past & hometown of Bridgeport, Connecticut through a new lens. I want to celebrate with you. What small or not-so-small feat are you celebrating? “Only through our connectedness to others can we really know and enhance the self. And only through working on the self can we begin to enhance our connectedness to others.” Hi you!
